A few words about me
My work isn't simply a matter of fixing limiting beliefs or forcing yourself into a self-improvement plan. It comes from a developmental process that changes how you make meaning of conversations, events and commitments.
Change comes from experiencing a different possibility of yourself. Results become inevitable.
My unique approach draws from neuroscience findings, established coaching models, and Eastern spiritual practices. I blend 10 years of intense self-development and contemplative practice with over 4 years of continued training in coaching and transformational methodologies. My clients include leaders from Microsoft, Meta, Nvidia, AirBnB, Service Now and more. I’m consciously raising a sweet young girl who makes me fall in love with my life every day. I also faced postpartum chronic illness and depression, which led me to my journey of radical self-inquiry and self-leadership within severe constraints. I’m here to help people bring alive the possibility of being human. I believe we’re all here to partner with each other and experience ourselves in our deepest essence.
